Galaxy Mask, I just ran a check on your vitals and we'll be needing a little fine-tuning. Your physical output has spiked dramatically, and your work capacity is increasing at a rate that your current recovery plan cannot keep up with. I suggest:

Increase water consumption by liters. You'll be in the restroom much more often, but there it is.

Make a kit to take with you to training sessions. You'll be needing to take in massive amounts of specific carbohydrates immediately after your work.

In the half hour following exercises, load up on alkaline-promoting foods to bring down your net acidity. This will reduce inflammation and allow faster rebuilding.


Doing these things will prevent the catabolic tendency appearing over the last few weeks. After your post-workout window, continue nutrition as normal. Love peace and chicken grease!
